  highly bad experience. such an unprofessional team of people i ever came across in my entire life. They just did my blood work without letting us know that this need authorization from insurance and we end up getting a claim of $2444. From past one week, just chasing these people to give me the clarity. As per them they not liable to inform such info to patient. I highly warn every one not to go this place ever. How as a patient i know what all lab they going to send my blood work. How can i go and call each lab to know what are the coverage provided by my insurance. IS this not a responsibility of service provider. I am undergoing treatment from RMANJ. Not a single day i face any issue. Since the time i enrolled my self. Their finance, nurse coordinator take care of each and every single transaction. Even to do a test of $300 they well on time inform us its not covered by insurance. Each step they tell us what covered what not and what all test need authorization then how come these people not aware of I We really struggling hard to get the money back knowing we already going through too much in our personal life. This really make me feel to decide never ever trust an Indian doctor ever.
